Inservices, Workshops and Individual Consultations

• Cheeky Monkey Child Behaviour Consultants Pty. Ltd cannot guarantee or promise any particular outcome, benefit or result from any services received
• Cheeky Monkey Child Behaviour Consultants Pty. Ltd requires all registration and payment be made before commencement of workshops or consultations
• Cheeky Monkey Child Behaviour Consultants Pty. Ltd reserves the right to vary scheduled dates for workshops and training and development
• Cheeky Monkey Child Behaviour Consultants Pty. Ltd reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any workshop, consultation or training and development course in any circumstances beyond its control

Cheeky Monkey Child Behaviour Consultants Pty. Ltd shall have no liability for:

• any loss or injury caused, in whole or in part, by its actions, omissions, or negligence, or for contingencies beyond its control, in procuring, compiling, or delivering the information
• any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information regardless of delays or interruptions in delivery of the information
• any decision made or action taken or not taken as a result of the information given
• differences in interpretation/implementation of recommendations, information or programs
• Cheeky Monkey Child Behaviour Consultants Pty. Ltd have the right to terminate an intervention at any time if they feel that their services are not working for the individual
